You can find just about anyone in Sydney. I agree that overall it would be easier to attract the best talent to Sydney, rather than some of the more traditional Asian hubs. Especially an online business where you do not need to worry about distance. For one thing you get good tech and business skills as well as language skills for all APAC markets in one handy place. I would imagine that it is easier to attract staff to Sydney than e.g. to Manila or KL. I agree that the article was a bit unclear about the "move".
